Fen Ditton Parish Council

A vacancy has arisen on Fen Ditton Parish Council, following the recent resignation of Councillor Anona Cram. An election may be held if so requested by electors within the village; if no such request is received the Council will try to co-opt someone to fill the post.

COUNCILLOR  VACANCY

1. There is a vacancy on the above Council caused by the resignation of Councillor Anona Cram.

2. A by-election to fill the vacancy will be held if, within 14 days (computed in accordance with the Regulations) from the date below, ten electors for the said parish give notice in writing requesting that an election be held.

3. Such notice must be delivered to the Returning Officer at:

South Cambridgeshire District Council,

South Cambridgeshire Hall,

Cambourne Business Park,

Cambourne,

Cambridge CB23 6EA

4. If no such notice is given, the Parish Council will fill the vacancy by co-option. If you are interested in filling this vacancy please contact the Parish Clerk directly.
