All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Fen Ditton Parish Council on Tuesday 6th July 2010 at the Recreation Ground Pavilion at 7:30 pm for the purposes of considering and resolving the business to be transacted at the meeting as set out below.
Members of the public are invited to address the Council at its Open Forum from 7.30 to 7.45pm.

Please note that no decisions can lawfully be made under this item. LGA 1972 s12 10(2) (b) states that business must be specified; therefore the Council cannot lawfully agree any matter that is not on the agenda.
The next Parish Council meeting will be held on Tuesday 7th September 2010
NB - no meeting in August; if necessary, a meeting will be scheduled to discuss planning applications.
