1. There is a vacancy on Fen Ditton Parish Council caused by disqualification resulting from non-attendance over six consecutive months by Councillor Tom Butler.
2. A by-election to fill the vacancy will be held if, within 14 days (computed in accordance with the Regulations) from 14th August 2021, ten electors from the said parish give notice in writing requesting that an election be held.
3. Such notice must be delivered to the Returning Officer at: South Cambridgeshire District Council, South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne Business Park, Cambourne, Cambridge CB23 6EA
4. If no such notice is given, the Parish Council will fill the vacancy by co-option. If you are interested in filling this vacancy please contact the Parish Clerk directly.
