In the winter months Cambridgeshire County Council works with the voluntary sector to help address the challenges that the cold weather poses for vulnerable groups. This year their Public Health team has developed some resources to support this work:

• Anyone can call their Winter Warm phone line for secure information about where to go for help and support. The number is 0345 650 0280.
• Their Signposting Guide shows key sources of help and support that people may access. Please click here to view this.

They have already sent out winter health information packs to GP practices for distribution to those in vulnerable groups at the time of the flu vaccinations. If you know of someone who might benefit from receiving one of these but has not had one, please contact the Parish Clerk.
